3D laser welding workplace

For 3D laser welding we use mainly FANUC^® robots in conjunction with fiber lasers, or galvo head for higher productivity.

The advantage of laser welding is the high speed, quality and repeatability of the welds, excluding the human factor. Also the possibility to weld with or without filler material with minimal thermal influence on the environment. Possibility of ablation, eventually cleaning (eg galvanizing + welding) and welding with one device.

3D laser welding is applicable for metallic and non-metallic materials.
